Do Penis Pills Work? HELP NEEDED!

I am one of those helpless men whose penis is medically regarded as small or even very small. I HAVE ONLY 3.8″ AND THIS MAKES ME UPSET. This is definitely not enough to sexually satisfy a woman. And the women tell me the same… So I need to make up my mind and decide which oral pills for penis do really work. I am sure you understand me very well…

Your help is needed! I came through an online pharmacy which offers certain herbal and non-herbal pills for penis enlargement, and I’m now quite frustrated on which penis pills to apply for. The pills they offer are as following (I took some descriptions from their site).

6. VPXL is a safe natural medicine used to enlarge the penis. VPXL seems to be the most effective of them. I read about it in a medical magazine. Has anyone tried it?

I also found a few penis growth oils… Have never heard of them.
